Your sales advisor (Naomi) was extremely helpful throughout and we were able to try a number of products and also see the various divan base storage options available. Naomi was a credit to the company, very patients and understanding of our requirements 10/10. The number of beds available in all price ranges was very good. A much better experience than we'd previously had at another major high street bedding retailer.

Good service and range of products

My overall visit to the Dreams store in Feltham was really enjoyable. There were many choices available and at times I was lost to what I was going to choose for my future bed. I wanted something big ie Super King with a reasonable price tag. Dreams staff Edmund was really helpful and knowledgeable when it came to satisfying my aspirations. He was very professional and consultative when it came to me and my partner selecting the bed. It was an eye-opener to see a salesperson being patient and honest with respect to selling the product. I felt he engaged both me and my partner well. He kept us well informed about the process involved with respect to buying options and delivery time. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Edmund and Dreams to all my friends and family. Everything Edmund promised was delivered accordingly. Well done Dreams! Keep it up!

Guy in the feltham store was so so helpful. Perfect balance of talking me through the products and allowing me to consider what I was buying - he didn't pressure me. You didn't have the bed I wanted in that store so I went to another store to see the bed. And I enjoyed my experience with Guy so much, I made sure to come back to the feltham store to put the order through in his name. He was perfect.

The gentleman who dealt with us at the shop in Feltham was very attentive and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattress that we purchased. Also the delivery men were very efficient and I liked that they covered their shoes before entering the house. Very impressive. Thank you.
