Edmund was vwry friendly and helpful.

I was highly satisfied with everything, even got me to look at pillows and mattresses. The member of staff that served me was Guy at the feltham branch and was kind and polite, also they offered me a cup of tea or coffee so the overall customer service was brilliant.

Aisha, who looked after us, was brilliant

Guy in the Feltham Store, was very helpful and the order was placed very swiftly as he explained everything along the way. we were in and out in next to no time. I Was a little disappointed that the delivery time was not clear before I placed the order, it would be useful to confirm a time slot before putting the full order through

Guy helped us. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions well. Offered good alternatives for us to compare and didn’t force higher priced items on us.

The salesman GUY who works in Feltham was a pleasure to do business with. Lovely and calm, took his time and made us feel very welcome. It was because of him we decided to purchase the bed. He even escorted me to the door on the way out due to my walking problems and ensured I got in my vehicle ok. Very kind gentleman. Deserves all the praise in the world. He deserves recognition for his work, his colleague working with him at the time was also a diamond man, he got me a cup of tea and my visit was perfect. Would highly recommend due to these two.
