Dreams - Feltham

The information on all the mattresses were clear and we could have easily chosen a mattress on our own but didn’t need to as the gentleman who served us, called Guy, was very helpful and friendly. He certainly knew his products and advised us accordingly but also gave us the space to discuss and make our decision on the purchase. As soon as we had decided he was ready to assist us again even though the store at Feltham was busy.

Greeted with a friendly smile and offered assistance without being too pushy, salesman was available and on hand the moment I needed assistance and went the extra mile to make sure I made the right decision / choice for my specific needs. He was both very knowledgeable about the product and very friendly. Delivery was quoted as 10 days which to be fair given the time of year and that "Sales" were on doesn't seem too unreasonable. Completion of payment was straightforward and speedy. Overall an excellent shopping experience - 10/10 Well Done Dreams - Feltham Store.

We were offered tea or coffee as soon as we arrived in the store. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with a comprehensive knowledge of the products. Everything was explained in detail and all in all the experience was very enjoyable.
