I was offered assistance straight away. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did not put me under pressure to buy the most expensive products.

When we arrived we were immediately greeted and offered a hot drink! We were then given a chance to wander around - when we had questions we spoke to someone who was incredibly knowledgeable. We waited a little while to place the order, for which they apologised because they were busy, and they kept my children entertained with colouring in - amazing!
