I was highly satisfied as the staff and the member was really kind and helpful. They knew what the product I was looking for and gave me information about them .

Good customer service

The assistant we met in the Feltham store the day before was extremely helpful and non-pressurising. No matter what questions we asked she was very happy to help and divided her attention between us and other customers. Because of her knowledge, calm nature and her approach we decided when home that we wouldn’t use the online service, we’d go back and place the order in the store as we felt confident she’d make sure we knew all the important details. Because of Aisha we ended up ordering more than a bed! She made the ordering process relaxed, straightforward and enjoyable. We still want to order a whole set of wardrobes so will be going back for sure.
