Both my Dad and I where greeted by a member of staff, we where asked who at what it was that we where looking for when we replied that it was for my dad. We where handed over to Guy (another employee) who seemed more suited to helping my dad in his needs. I really appreciated the attention paid to my dad's needs as he was looking for a new single bed as he had recently lost my mum to Cancer and for the first time expressed that he couldn't sleep because it didn't seem normal to sleep in there bed and had been sleeping on a camping bed in the spare room which no 59yr old man should do. We were able to choose the correct base and mattress and found a date to deliver as close to the day of purchase as possible. Guy was funny, understanding and very helpful We were advised by guy to take the maximum cover for all products for our own benefit so we did. And both my dad and I would like to say thankyou. Hopefully we can have the same experience with the delivery kind regards Greg Dominique

The shop assistants especially Guy were very helpful and friendly would definitely go back to them for help in the future.

I came in with my son to obtain a new mattress the lady who served us and helped us with valuable information as I'm a sufferer of chronic pain with arthritis in my back so we both knew I couldn't get just any mattress so I tried out a few before choosing the one. I felt was right for me and my needs your colleague was so helpful from start to finish.

Had a great first purchase from dreams. It was the first time I had come to the store and the staff were great and explained everything in great detail. The staff member whose name was Edmund helped me decide what to purchase, I haven’t received my delivery yet however I am looking forward to it. I was annoyed that the finance didn’t go through at first. Also the delivery time is a while but acceptable.

I got a good assistant her name is Aisha😀. Very friendly girl good product knowledge. Aisha made us comfortable while we came to do the purchase. In the month of September I purchase bad frame that time also Aisha had given us a good customer service. I very proud of her and her knowledge. I always purchase my house furniture from dreams store. And this time we got a good assistant Aisha good customer service and I don't mind to come back in dreams again👍🏻😀 Sabina fernandes

Good service, given advice on right type of mattress for my needs . Purchased bed frame and mattress . Was told about 40 nights sleep if not happy ,which is a good idea .

Aisha had a nice relaxed approach. Not at all overbearing. If I needed anything would go back and talk to her.
