Dreams - Feltham

I was not rushed, assistant very helpful but did not bully me into buying.

Knowledgeable assistant but now pushy.

Manager was extremly confident in the products he was selling. Would have walked away if not so helpful.

Edmund at the Feltham store helped us throughout the whole process and gave us great advice! We spent a few hours in there trying many different bed and he was very patient and friendly.

I came in with a budget for the finance and very efficiency ordered and did all the paperwork this didn't take long. Plus we had our 2 children with us and the staff were very good at making us feel comfortable which is difficult when shopping with a young family especial the larger purchases. I was very happy leaving the store felt comfortable that everything would go smoothly for us waiting for delivery and looking forward to our new bed

I also enquired about the TV / smart bed frame and felt satisfied because Arthur explained the guarantees that come with the frame and how they work. He also told me that there was a surge on Smart TV so delivery could be delayed, so he made me aware on all aspects. He alsoo helped with the size I would need to purchase if I went for a bedframe from Made.com. I have to choose between the Dream TV one or the Made.com one. He explained the contract very well with the 0 percent interest and the delivery details

The assistant recognised me straight away from previous quick enquiry. He was very helpful and the purchase was nice and easy

Happy with dreams products have brought in the pass.staff are great .have the knowledge of all dreams products.

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helped greatly with our questions and made us feel very relaxed and gave us plenty of time to make our choice.

Guy from the Feltham store was really helpful, friendly and helped guide us through what mattress we should get with the bed we'd already had our eye on. He stayed even though the store had shut to ensure that we were happy and completed our transaction and made us feel like no inconvenience to him (even though we were aware we came in quite close to closing time!) He held great knowledge about the beds and suggestions for us.
