After having a bad customer experience with another company we decided to give Dreams a try. When visiting your Fulham store, the employee (name: Jerome) was very welcoming and was very attentive to our needs in a new mattress. He offered a wide range of products and even went the extra mile of letting my partner and I try the mattress analysis machine to find the right mattress for us. We found the right one instantly! I could not express any more about how happy I am with the customer service we received from this individual.

Dealt with Jerome in Fulham. Was helpful as soon as we needed help. Got us the right deal and provided great knowledge. Made our purchase hassle free, efficient and exactly how it should be. Will be back again.

I found the assistant manager, Havina, was absolutely wonderful. She was really very very helpful and took her time to explain everything. In the end we bought two bed frames and two mattresses. Although delivery of the items were free, however, I found the collection of my two old beds very very expensive. For the two items to be taken away you charge thirty pounds per item which is a bit too expensive. Otherwise I found the whole experience of purchasing two beds extremely easy and comfortable. The delivery date could have also been a bit sooner.

Why would you buy a bed or mattress anywhere else, our sales assistant went to great lengths to make our experience pleasant and as easy as possible. Great service and price overall.
