Attentive staff, comfy mattress!

Great attention to detail and very pleasant shop assistant.

I was buying a bed for the first time as have just moved to London and was expecting a rather long, drawn out and troublesome process but instead the whole process was very easy and straightforward. This was made possible by the standard of service delivered by Andrew Chung who was incredibly informative and friendly.

Very good service provided, offered drinks upon arrival, when laid on beds was given a pillow which in turn persuaded me to buy pillows although i only came in to buy a bed , staff were very friendly and approachable when i had questions i wanted to ask otherwise they were not pushy at all

The customer service was excellent. Andrew Chung offered us a drink when we arrived, had a very good knowledge of the products on offer and was friendly throughout.

The sales assistance at the Fulham branch (the lady) was so helpful. She offered me a drink and encouraged me to try as many options as possible. Very patient.

The sales assistant Kear was very professional, helpful and made a decent cup of coffee too! He persuaded us to buy two mattresses when we intended only to buy one.

The speed and efficiency of finding a bed for our needs - Although we more or less knew what we wanted we were given different choices and the experience of buying the bed was fun and enjoyable

Helpful and friendly staff seemed knowledgable about the products and were able to help,us find what we were looking for
