The sales person was very knowledgeable and quick to understand our needs. He gave us time, made us feel comfortable and wasn't pushy. We walked away and then came back within minutes to place an order.

James, from your Wandsworth Road Branch SW6, was extremely helpful. My husband has been suffering from a bad back. James took the time to listen and share his knowledge of the best divan for him. The store was very welcoming, and the staff very friendly without being forceful for us to make a purchase.

I was greeted the minute I walked in by Saiva who asked if she could help. I roughly knew what I wanted as I had done some research beforehand. I asked her to check the lead date on the Sandhurst bed and as this was more than four weeks I decided to order 2 Earlswood beds and a Fenton mattress. Saiva was very knowledgeable about her products and once I had made my decision she was very quick putting the order through and organising a delivery date to suit me. I thought she was very polite and friendly and she made the whole experience very easy and pleasant.

Zahid was extremely friendly and helpful. He knew plenty more than we needed and was very informative. He helped us with both knowledge and our price range and made us feel very welcome, when the store next door who also sell mattresses had not. He also allowed us to take yeah mattress home on the same day or select an alternative delivery date, as we are living house this was very helpful. Above all he made the experience enjoyable, which when parting with money and buying some thing that you know little about, is a big bonus and the reason we would come back to this specific dreams store. Overall great customer service.

Made shopping for a bed a total dream! Understood my budget, time constraints and gave me a variety of sizes/colours/fabrics/storage to choose from, making the whole experience really enjoyable and great value for money!

My son and I visited the store on the Sunday, saw the items we were looking for and were provided with a 'quote'. Having checked other possibilities online and determined that Dreams were by far the most competitive we returned the next day and placed our original order together with an additional mattress. The assistant was very helpful, went through all the documentation, including terms and conditions, and then walked us to our car parked at the rear of the store.

Andrew our sales person was exceptional, knowledgable and keen to help. The beds were just what we were looking for at a reasonable price.
