The customer services was good and professional.

The store was clean and the staff were quick to assist. The staff member provided additional knowledge to make my purchase easier. Great sale was on as well!

Saliva greeted us and assisted with our enquirer in relation to purchase of a headboard. Honest, friendly and efficient.

The sales assistant was happy to help me straight from entering the shop. He showed me a number of different beds that fit what i wanted and printed of a number of quotes for me. I was unable to place the order on the day and he wasn't phased or pushy. I returned today to make the order and again was impressed with the speed and ease of making the purchase in the store. Whats even better is that I need a better asap and I'll be able to have it in a week, rather than 4-6 weeks like a lot of other bed shops.

Everything was great and we would recommend Dreams to a friend. If James had made eye contact when shaking our hands after we had concluded our order then I would have been even happier! There was low stock on the pillows we wanted but he dealt with that in a highly satisfactory way. We did have to wait longer than we expected for a till / desk to become free, perhaps because the store was busier than usual. We are looking forward to our new mattress. Many thanks.

Excellent customer service from our Advisor Andrew at Dreams Wandsworth. Helped my daughter (who didn't make it easy!) find a mattress she liked. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The person who took our order and payment also recommended a handyman for us after over-hearing us saying we need someone. All in all a great store because of the team.

James Sutton could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. He was unhurried, clear and patient and also hugely enthusiastic about Dreams and its products. I would definitely ask to deal with him again as he made the whole buying experience simple and pleasurable. And I must not overlook the extremely welcome (and tasty) mug of coffee made by one of James's colleagues (who cleverly (and unusually) told me to leave the empty mug anywhere in the store and he would retrieve it - full marks for sensitive customer service.)

Andrew the advisor was knowledgable, enthusiastic and incredibly helpful. He helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs and we went away from the store feeling incredibly excited about our purchase. We honestly couldn't of asked for more from a sales advisor, a truly great employee.

We were served by Keafer who was LOVELY! A really nice guy, he took the time to make sure we were OK while we browsed but wasn't pushy. When we chose the mattress, the sale process was really quick and efficient. Thank you!
