We were shown some quality mattresses with a short delivery time - this was a key requirement. It was a hot day and we were offered cold water. (You should look at putting in air conditioning in the store as it was incredibly hot due to sun coming in through the large windows). Service was knowledgeable and professional.

Store assistant Andrew Chung served me today. He was very polite and full of information. I was offered tea or coffee on arrival and he also assisted me with parking at the rear of the store.

Generally the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. In particular a trainee who attended to me.

The store was close to my house and they had the product I was looking for in store. The store was tidy and well laid out and the staff were friendly and very helpful so I had a good experience at the store

I was extremely satisfied as I received great customer service from the advisor in store. He knew about the product I was buying and was very helpful and took his time out to make sure I was fully informed about what I was buying. He also gave advice and opinion which helped me to make my choice more easily.

A member of staff were fast approaching to help with any questions. The staff were knowledgable and was assisted promptly. The order was smooth and the delivery was on time and the bed was made instantly! Thank you so much Dreams!
