THE PERSON SERVING ME, JAMES, IN THE WANDSWORTH BRIDGE ROAD SHOP WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. I WAS DREADING TRYING TO PICK A MATTRESS AS IT'S SO HARD BUT HE MADE IT VERY EASY. I WOULD HIGHLY RATE JAMES AS A SALESPERSON. VERY NICE PERSON WITH ALL THE DETAILED INFORMATION I NEEDED.

Our sales assistant - Andrew Chung, was superb from the minute we rolled into the side street. He spotted we were looking to come into the shop and offered to let us park at the back of the store. From the moment we walked into the store, he was very very attentive, listened to our requirements and based on that, showed us the products that best met those needs. Through out the process, he allowed us to take our time, without rushing us. He also assured us of your 40 night guarantee regarding the mattress. A wonderful sales person who managed to recommend to us the right products and in the most professional manner. If it wasn't for Andrew, we probably would have gone home and shop around further, possibly with another shop.

Was able to buy exactly what I was looking for and was advised well by staff.
