Our whole experience at Dreams so far has been very good indeed. Aside from the fantastic quality and availability of products, the main reason for the highly satisfied rating was Andrew Chung, who looked after us in the store. His knowledge of the products was excellent and he was very clear and concise when speaking through our different options and the finance plans available. We both left the store saying "What a great guy!", so thank you Andrew and thanks Dreams!

I have a property development company in Central London and am always needing beds/mattresses. I have bought many beds. I have recently used Wayfair for beds and have been disappointed in the quality. I particularly like Andrew at Dreams in Wandsworth Bridge Road. He knows my requirements and is always cheerful. My only negative comment is that virtually all my other suppliers do NOT charge mr delivery charges

Saiva was very new to the job when I visited the store a few days prior to placing my order but she sought assistance from her colleagues where needed and was very personable and helpful. She provided exceptional customer service, giving me with a pillow and moving the plastic bed signage so I could lie properly on each bed. She was friendly and polite at all times and made the experience quite enjoyable!

Hi, I called up & spoke with a young man called Andrew, who was very polite & helpful which lead to go in store a couple of days after& purchased a bed, in store that day Andrew was not there, but I was assisted by a young man by the name of Keafer, what a lovely helpful young man, he was extremely polite, I purchased the bed of my dreams, so I am a very happy customer, the dreams store I went to is the one in the Wandsworth Bridge road, Fulham, I would definately recommend my friends & family to buy from this store, thanks again Andrew & Keafer.
