Product range, customer service provided by Andrew Chung and efficiency in able to find a choice in my price range

As soon as we entered the store we were met by James who greeted us warmly and as soon as we told him what we were looking for, he immediately showed us options and best of all, at no point did he rush us into choosing. He had great knowledge of the products that he was showing us and his know - how helped us in choosing the right products for our house.

Everything was made very simple for us in our purchase by the friendly staff. The store offered exactly what we were looking for

James was exactly the right type of salesman you guys should employ. I actually was having a stressful day and only parked quickly and ran in to have a butchers . After a convo with James I was advised to park in the car park and then given a glass of water and a test of the beds. Within 20mins I had a bed ordered and was smiling ! Great service great guy👌🏿

I received excellent customer service from Andrew Chung in your Wandsworth store. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and gave some very helpful advice and a quick and efficient service.

We were served by Andrew Chung he was extremely helpful and had both a kind and friendly attitude. We were only looking to buy a mattress but came away with both a mattress and a bed with TV as he explained we could pay monthly with interest free credit. He helped us find a finance solution and explained everything in a clear and easy to understand way, also he had a great sense of humour. We were offered water first as it was quite humid in the store and then tea and coffee. They were happy to let our baby daughter sample the beds and mattress too. Both the manager and Andrew were kind and helpful and down to earth and showed a genuine interest in our needs.

We were given initial information and options and then not pressured to purchase or make a quick decision.
