The customer service was really great, the staff were really enthusiastic and helped us find the best offer. All sales staff were all very friendly and chatted to us making us feel at ease.

As soon as we walked into store we was greeted. When looking around was asked if we needed assistance and asked if we wanted a drink while we were looking. James the dreams colleague is a great member of staff helped us with everything we needed.

Having been into Bensons for Beds who could not help meet our specific needs, we then went into Dreams to the complete opposite. Keifa at the Fulham branch served us, we were made coffee by the manager and every member of staff went out on a limb to help us. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, so much so that I went in to buy one bed and ended up buying two.

I needed a bed delivered for Tuesday or Wednesday next week Jade understood what I was looking for and spent time checking where and what was available with such a short delivery date her knowledge of beds was very impressive she found the products I wanted for delivery next Tuesday at a sensible price could not have asked for more

Andrew greeted us with a very warm and genuine welcome. After few questions he realised what we were looking for immediately. He suggested few options and explained the different product features so well that made it very easy to decide on what we wanted. We placed the order and left very happy and satisfied. We have bought from the company several times in the past. But, this time was the best experience that we have ever had.
