The service from James was very friendly and efficient and dealt with at the speed we wanted to take it.

very pleased with the visit to wandsworh. assistants had very good insight of products and were able o give recommendations. The store was busy and they offered coffee and were very engaged to make it a worth while visit to customers. They were even able to provide tips on how to install the bed.

Andrew was incredibly enthusiastic about the products and was able to show us several options to choose from, all within our budget and time frame. As we left the store my assistant said 'That's the sort of person you want working for you'. She couldn't have been more right.

We were greeted at the door, given a great deal of time and help and any questions were answered efficiently. We were not pushed into a quick purchase and were shown a number of options. We bought four beds as a result.

The sales assistant Arvind, that attended to us on the day was very polite and knowledgeable about the products we looked at. He showed interest in our needs, asked relevant questions to ensure our needs were met. He answered all our questions and was very patient.

Our assistant was very helpful but also gave us enough space to formulate our own opinions.
