As soon as I entered the store I was attended to and Andrew Chung who dealt with me was very knowledgable as to what I was looking for and all the options including anything in the sale. We haven't received the items yet but judging by our last purchase I am sure it will be very good.

I had been searching online for a new double bed for literally months and getting more and more confused. Then one day I was at my local post office in Fulham and remembered that there was aDreams store on Wandsworth Bridge Road. I decided to check it out, was looked after by incredible staff and within 20 minutes I was sorted! The delivery was also absolutely painless and literally two days later the bed arrived and is absolutely perfect. Thank you Dreams for your professionalism.

Mr Zed helped us with our bed choice. He greeted us at the door as he saw we needed parking and helped direct us to the secured parking. He introduced himself and started asked the right questions, gave us some points to consider, and then helped us try a few beds to better focus our search. Once we got the firmness requirement confirmed (all within the first 10 mins) then he helped us focus on our options. Afterwards, it was lots of testing and trial, and he was there to help us through it, but gave us room and time to consider. He did not hoover, and checked in on us throughout the hour that we were there trying mattresses. In the end, we narrowed it down to 2 and he helped us with our final decision to proceed. He also brought us the proper pillows to test the beds with (which we ended up buying - well done on cross sell!). The atmosphere was not pressured and Mr Zed was very helpful, knowledgable and allowed us time and space to make our decision. It was an enjoyable decision to make and he made it such. Our first bed was a custom made one with lots of bells and whistles, but the experience was not half as relaxed and enjoyable as this was.

I have bought many beds from Dreams over the years for various members of my family. Dreams has always been very helpful - in particular Andrew Chung who is always cheerful, polite and very helpful.

James, who served me, was very helpful telling me about the different beds on offer and highly knowledgeable about fabric, spring count, etc. He was quick and efficient.
