The minute I walked into the store someone was allocated to assist me. I was offered a drink, others srptaff members ensured my shopping experience was one to remember

Staff was very helpful explained the different mattresses and the pillows etc

Mr Arvind Pandya customer service was very good very polite very help very patience to understand me at all the time I am very satisfied

James was the assistant in your store on the Wandsworth Bridge Road yesterday - 23.10.15. He was very helpful and answered all the questions asked of him. His recommendations were made taking into consideration the needs of the customer and he fully explained the various choices in your store. He took the time, without being at all 'pushy' - as my friend - the customer - has special needs in a mattress and is partially sighted as well. He offered tea and coffee and did not rush us at all to complete the various purchases made. Very good service by James. He was knowledgeable, took time to explain options and at the same time left us the time to consider possibilities.

The sale person Mr James was very nice , patient extremely polite and understanding. Actually I wasn't planing to buy yesterday just to look around , but he so politely explained to me the product that I did buy on the spot .

I was in a rush and Andrew helped me find what I wanted and made it quick and easy
