Jade, who served us was extremely helpful, and went to great lengths to find us a replacement mattress, as the ones we had previously bought (about 9 years ago) were no longer being made.

James the salesman was very friendly and helpful to provide the assistance we required to pick the beds that suited are specifications.

Assistant very helpful & bought the bed I wanted with no problems - everything explained fully and got the mattress I wanted at good sale price.

Andrew was who helped us. He was very friendly and informative.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by extremely friendly staff. They helped me to find a mattress that suited me and gave me advice on different products without being pushy or encouraging me to buy something I didn't need! I was only in the store for a brief period of time but I came away very pleased and having purchased everything I needed. Delivery was arranged for the exact day I wanted, which was something I had had issues with in other bed stores, so I was very happy about this!

James was really helpful in outlining all the different choices of divan beds I could choose from and helped me pick the most appropriate bed and mattress. He allowed me to try out all the mattresses and told me all of their prices and I am extremely pleased with the price of the bed I chose. I only went into the Wandsworth store for a browse knowing I need to get a bed for January but ended up purchasing one because the look, quality and value of the bed and mattress was exactly what I was looking for.

I was highly satisfied because Andrew took a lot of time for my order and I truly felt that he had the customers' best interests at heart.
