Jade was very friendly and knowledgable and made us feel confident about buying from dreams - she did not make us feel pressurised into buying the most expensive bed - she was brilliant and also made us a cup of tea whilst we waited for her to check on stock levels It was a good shopping experience

We were treated like People, it was old fashion style service with modern technologly available when required. Overall a very plesant shopping experience, friendly, knowledgeable and very accommadating staff.

Very friendly service and follow up when we said we may want to change our minds regarding mattress size. Staff made sure we had ordered what we wanted. The delivery service was also excellent with notifications by text and phone and arrival within the time slot promised. Great customer service.

We already knew what we wanted, having shopped online first, so it was just a question of placing the order which was relatively easy to do.

We were attended to straight away and after describing the bed we were looking for we were shown only relevant products and as such had to spend as little time as possible on the purchase.
