Both members of staff were extremely friendly and pleasant, Jade, who went through the options of mattresses and bases with me and then wrote the order and made the transaction was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

My wife and I do our research and considering where this Dreams is based in relation to all other major furniture stores (its near Ikea, John Lewis, Next Home, Dwell, Habitat, Cargo, BoConcept, etc) as well as high end furniture stores (Wandsworth Bridge Road, New Kings Road), we found the value, quality of the products and customer service well ahead of everyone else. The fact that assembly of the wardrobe we purchased is included in the price is a MASSIVE bonus and in a way I wish I knew Dreams furniture was such good quality - everyone knows your beds and matresses are great but when it comes to furniture you weren't the first on our minds and that's a shame because it was by far the best we saw for the price.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service I received from the Dreams assistant Jade. She was patient, accommodating and most of all knowledgeable and was able to give me excellent advice, based on the information I gave her, and then suggest the best options for me.

Assistance was provided and the Dreams attendant was very polite and nice. He also was very capable of sharing the specifications of the products we were looking into and provide comparison among them.

During our visit today the customer service was great and the staff were very helpful and knowledgable making for a stress free and enjoyable experience.
