Sales staff gave us time to look and then asked if we needed help. Listened to what we wanted. Showed us relevant products and do not try and upsell or over sell.

Very warm welcome with coffee, and we were encouraged to try out the different mattrasses.

Andrew Chung was very helpful in assisting us place our order. He did his best to speed up the process, despite the system taking some time. He was friendly and polite in his approach and did all he could to satisfy our needs. The store has sufficient choice and gave an opportunity to try out the products before buying them.

Jade the sales rep was very patient with us. I was in the store with 2 kids looking to buy 2 beds and a potential 3rd. She was very helpful and we ended up buying everything we needed. We were in the store for 2 hrs.

Very knowledgeable salesman and willing to go the extra mile to understand our needs and assist.

What made our experience in finding the right bed for us 'highly satisfactory', was that of the help of Andrew Chung who was not only very informative and knowledgable but also affable, energised and only too happy to help talk us through what we can expect from each product we were interested in. Andrew was a really nice chap and it was a pleasure to have been helped by him.

The service was exemplary quick to assets in my needs, trial on several beds explaining the pros and cons of the styles, offering a cup of tea, a lovely touch. Very helpful and with the right level of knowledge not to loose you!

This was my third purchase at Dreams since 2008. James was highly knowledgeable about all the products and I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service received at Wandsworth Bridge Road store.
