The lady shop assistant in the Wandsworth Bridge Road store was excellent, and very helpful even at the end of a long day. She knew exactly what I was after and was able to steer me towards it.

Very good service from the dreams colleague Andrew Chund who also gave us enough breathing space so we did not feel pressured in to a sale. At the same time he was always close by when we had questions.

Andrew assisted me with my purchase and was highly knowledgable on the products within the store. He allowed me to try diffract pillow and duvets and gave his personal opinion on which he recommended and why. Great service by first offering a tea or coffee also. Overall a efficient and great experience in Dreams Wandsworth Bridge Road.
