Very good service from the assistant (Andrew Chung) who made me feel like a valued customer. I was given impartial advice and did not feel pressured into purchasing a more expensive product. The whole process of ordering and organising the delivery was clearly explained and done swiftly.

Andrew who served me was very well mannered & helpful. Whilst both my mother and I were seeking new beds/mattresses, Andrew took the time to understand both our needs and even allowed us to test out the beds!

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and made our shopping experience a pleasure - I would definitely buy from the store again.

The Sales Assistance was very helpful and knew what he was talking about ie the products in the shop i.e. firmness and softness of different mattress etc. I did not feel pressurised and felt very comfortable and any questions I asked he answered them without hesitation. The atmosphere was pleasant and friendly whilst browsing in the shop before buying my goods and I was with my 13 year old son for whom I was purchasing one of the beds for. He asked questions of his own and the sales assistance Andrew was very helpful and told him the differences between certain beds, mattress, headboards and storage spaces etc... he was very pleased with his new bed.

Dreams employee Terasa was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. She was not pushy and did not try to oversell products we did not need or want. She gave good clear balanced advice and information. She allowed us time and space to make our own decisions but provided the information required so that our shopping experience was a swift and pleasant one. Thank you Terasa!
