I enjoyed my time at dreams, and the lady helping me was great. It’s a very small store in Fulham so if I were to go back to dreams, I would go to a bigger store.

Havina was the staff member who helped us and she was absolutely brilliant! However the shop looks VERY tired and everything felt a little grubby and dirty.

Its difficult because there were other customers, but I felt like the assistant was dealing with both of us in parallel and it would have been a slightly better experience had someone been with me the whole time. That being said I don't think there is much else that could have been done and I enjoyed my visit.
