We really enjoyed the quality of service and level of knowledge provided, however we were told we would be entitled to 20% off our Tempur mattress as part of the sale - in the end this was incorrect and the discount ended up being closer to 15% as it was set by Tempur - this annoyed us as we would have preferred to be clear in this context. This was offset by the helpfulness of the staff and so we still proceeded with the purchase.

I originally visited the Dreams store in Fulham and got a quote for a bed as the assistant explained this was the one that fitted best my request- however once i went home and looked online it was not. There were a lot cheaper options available. I also had explained that it was for my 3 year old but wanted a small double so that i can lie next to him.. looking online it was explained that a memory foam mattress is not good for little ones as fumes are released.. felt a little bit conned. If i had not done my research online afterwards would not have ended up with the cheaper version and better one for my little one. Assistant then changed the order over the phone very quickly and was very accommodating but would have expected to have had my options told in store.
