There was nothing wrong at with our visit, and in fact James who sold us the bed was great. However it is difficult to say as we haven't slept on it yet. Further, it's the process of buying a bed, not going on a holiday. Therefore we find it difficult to be excited or highly satisfied in this process, but we were certainly as pleased as we could be with this process.

the service in store was very good but unfortunately the items I wanted was not available with no date for when it would become available. Otherwise, excellent customer service, a clean and welcoming store.

Saiva Naroga at the Fulham store was very helpful. Top tips top girl. We were very confused with the product range and different prices but she explained it all very patiently and nicely. We ended with buying £1258 mattress + divan combo. We probably wouldn't have made a purchase today without Saiva's help.

Service was generally very good.We had to wait to be served there were only 2 salesman on duty who were both with customers.For a large store that is not a lot although I guess the time of our visit on a Monday is not normally so busy.

The 50% discount only applied to limited items. I was also surprised that you charge to deliver and take my old mattress away. Surely you should include this as part of the service and simply price it into your products...
