The sales lady was brilliant and very professional

When we came in we were approached by Riccardo. He was extremely polite, friendly and professional. His attitude and knowledge made our shopping really easy. We needed a new mattress but we were not sure if we were going to buy it on that day. He was patient, really listened what we wanted then suggested the right mattress which would suit us. We ended up buying a mattress because of him!!)) he is a real asset to your company!!! If every store had someone like Riccardo the customers shopping would be so much easier. If there is a employee of the year reward he definitely should get it!! And if we or any of my friends will need a mattress or bed I will be sending them to him!!!)))

James at the Fulham store was really friendly, knowledgeable about the products in the store, and helped us find the right mattress for our needs. We used the machine to find the kind of mattress we needed, and James showed a range of options that would suit, explaining the difference between each one and giving honest advice. Great service!

The ladies in the store was absolutely delightful. She was super helpful very patient and helped me A LOT picking out the right mattress and pillows. I even got water served to me I absolutely loved the experience and would come back in a heart beat and would recommend dreams to all my family and friends 👍
