Not anything to do with the staff really. It's just quite difficult to choose your first ever mattress. Only slight niggle was that it did feel like there was perhaps a bit too much cross selling - as if it wasn't enough that I'd spent a lot on a mattress. Zed was very thoughtful though and got me a cup of tea whilst I tried to make a decision and didn't rush me on the mattress choice.

no option of european sizes. I have a high end european designer bed frame and there was no option. Personally not the greatest selection of bed frames

The product i wanted was feom the catalog and specific information regarding it was hard to obtain. Ie - material it is made from, specific dimensions of individual parts.

It would have been nice to have had access to a greater range of headboards and/or types of bed. Also, some headboards looked at did not have the choice of colour fabric I was after.

My issue is with your customer care division who gave me contrary information to that on your website with regards the changing of a delivery address. After speaking to several members of the customers care team and spending a significant amount of time on the phone on hold for them, I finally dealt with a lady who was knowledgeable enough to assist me with my request.

It was good but felt a little rushed

our visit was on the final evening before the end of your sale - Monday 29 June, so we needed to make decisions quickly as it was 7pm. That was the time that there seemed to be only 2 sales people on the floor and it made it difficult to get attention. That can happen and the salesman we had was doing his best but everything took longer and we wondered why there wasn't more support on such an evening. The computer systems also didn't seem to be functioning as well as they could and this happened again the following morning when we confirmed a £4000 order - I was on hold for over 15mins whilst the system took its time to work. That would seem to need some investment as well as your staff at peak times.
