We were highly satisfied with our experience.

Everything was explained clearly and we got all the information we needed.

We were undecided about purchasing a 3rd mattress. The salesperson told us that if we changed our mind, we could exchange it for anything in the store at any time. When I called to exchange the mattress prior to delivery for something else that you sell, I was told that I would have to pay an administration fee of 20%. This is not what I was advised. You are making a customer who just spent £4000 on beds and mattresses highly unhappy to steal roughly £100 from me (20% of the item I want to exchange). And I'm not asking for a refund, I am just trying to exchange for something else you sell of equal value. I will tell everyone I know to not shop at your store, and I will never purchase anything from you again. Incidentally, I still need to purchase several more beds for the house I'm moving in to, this was just my first order. I hope you enjoy the £100 you are stealing from me. This was a very poor business decision on your part.

I bought the items on 9 May, and was told my items would be delivered 1 June. I paid the deposit as instructed and the day before delivery I was contacted by the store asking for the balance and was told my items could not be delivered as promised because the balance was paid too late. The person supposed to have rang me had been on holiday and forgot to ring. He also said he was short staffed. He completely forgot to ring and as a result my delivery had to be postponed and my mattresses will now be on the floor for one week awaiting delivery of the bases. This is completely Dreams' fault and totally unacceptable.
