Upon entering your Dream Bed shop in Fulham, I was greeted by Riccardo who was very friendly and he put me at ease immediately. I told him I needed new bed. He showed me at least 12 beds and encouraged me to lie on the mattresses, which is how I found the perfect mattress for me. Riccardo was clearly very knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful about the mattresses and everything else in your store. He certainly wasn’t pushy, nor in a hurry to make a sale. I appreciated his business style and acumen along with his knowledge, thoughtfulness and consideration with his help,. I seriously doubt that if it hadn’t been for Riccardo, I would have never found my dream bed and dream pillow. I will most certainly recommend Dream Beds to anyone who wants a new bed, and certainly encourage any potential customer to go to the Fulham Branch and ask for Riccardo.
