the man helping me was very patient gave us time to think and was really polite he helped me pick stuff within my price range but also finding me the closest thing to what i wanted

Our sleep expert Riccardo was very welcoming and took time to understand our needs. He set us up with sleep match technology to match us to the right mattress (turns out we have been sleeping on the wrong sort of mattress for years!), and then showed us lots of options to try out. He was very knowledgable about all the mattesses and happily let us try out as many beds as we wanted. Riccardo was very attentive, regularly coming back to see how we were getting on and offering us refreshments. PPE and social distancing was used throughout so we felt safe when trying out the beds. It was overall a very enjoyable experience and we ended up finding the perfect mattress! I would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends!
