Riccardo was superb. Took us through the matching process. Explained the different types of mattress. Understood our needs and budget perfectly. Gave us space to discuss our options. Offered us complimentary products (which we bought 2 pillows) but he made feel like it was for our benefit rather than trying to sell everything to us. I was kinda dreading the process but Riccardo made it so easy and simple. I would recommend and have already told friends about how good your store was.

Since a long time we wanted to buy a mattress and my wife decided Saturday to do it . Entering to the shop with this large windows show us a lot of beds. After 30 seconds a young man came to help us.Polite and efficiently he show us three kind of mattresses. We decided for one, and went to the desk for the papers works. Done as well quickly with all the explanations we needed. This gentleman did very well and we really appreciate the way he did this sale with no confusion and kindness.
