Havina at Dreams store in Fulham provided an excellent personalised service to meet the specific individual needs of each member in our family. She was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable in every aspect. It took a few hours to choose the beds and mattresses we wanted and Havina made us feel at ease and comfortable in testing the beds. We are highly satisfied with our experience at the store and will recommend Dreams to our friends and family.
