Riccardo, the store manager, welcomed us as soon as we entered the store and was very knowledgable and nice. Respectful and listening to our needs, he offered to use the machine to assess our specific needs and recommended to try several mattresses based on the analysis. He let us take our time to try different mattresses and levels of firmness and did not push us at all to make the purchase.

Irfan (who helped us find a bed frame and mattress) was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - a very pleasant experience!

The assistant was very helpful and systematic going through the different types of mattresses and then beds. He then left us alone to have a think and try out various mattresses and was available immediately we were ready to place our order. He also highlighted a very similar mattress to the one that we selected that was on a 60% off sale - it was really refreshing to feel that the sales assistant was trying to save you money rather than get the most out of you.

My partner went to the store yesterday and said how great the member of staff was, so I was pleased today to also be served by Riccardo. He was very friendly and efficient and knowledgeable It makes such a difference. It means, as a customer, that I came away feeling glad that we made our purchase with him / at your store.
