With us both having different needs, it was able to inform which mattresses would be best suited for us. That, combined with James's extensive and personal knowledge, we were able to try the most suitable options, before agreeing on the perfect one. We also needed to purchase additional extras (protectors / duvets / pillows etc). There was plenty of choice, and again James was able to guide us with the best solutions to compliment our chosen mattress, as well as our sleeping needs. The buying process was quick and simple, and offered us flexibility to select and change delivery dates aligned to our new house move-in dates. What's more, we were also able to store our additional product purchases on the day at their store, to collect at a later date when convenient to us, so we didn't need to carry this with us as we enjoyed the rest of our day in the sun.

Jerome was extremely knowledgable and able to guide us in the right direction for what we were after. He was professional and had a lovely sense of humour which made us feel relaxed as some other bed stores ‘hover’ over you but Jerome gave my husband and l personal space. He wanted to make sure we understood what we were buying which is a rare thing!
