I went to the Fulham, London store and was very well looked after by Jerome. I honestly could not fault his service. He asked what I wanted, listened, gave me a mattress fitting with the machine you have - and from that showed me each mattress that was available within my budget. Whilst I tried each mattress he stepped away to his desk or a display and gave me a minute or so, so that I felt comfortable to relax. He took it upon himself to find the best deal for the product I purchased and as a result I invested in a mattress I don’t think I would have found a way to afford. His service was perfect! Thank you Jerome!
