We called in to start trying mattresses. This will be our first mattress purchased (other than quick Ikea purchases), and also as a couple. We wanted to find out more about the types of mattress available and our preference as a couple. We loved the experience, our sales assistant was the perfect blend of knowledgeable, personable and guided us around the store with ease. She also showed us a range of mattresses within our budget and preference, as well as introducing us to special offers. She was very good at her job, and even knew when it was suitable to give us time to discuss amongst ourselves. She was very good at keeping to social distancing guidelines and made us feel well attended to, as well as safe during COVID times and allowed for room to breath. It was too soon for us to buy our mattress but she was helpful in then choosing a pillow in the meantime. No task was too big or to small.

Ricardo was excellent. He welcomed us when we entered, showed us the gloves and hand sanitiser, offered us water and guided us around the store showing us the various options and styles.We saw similar beds and mattresses online but he’s the reason we called back and placed the order. Great guy!
