Very helpful , knowledgeable and accommodating staff. The computerised posture assessment in bed was very impressive, thought it really helped me in deciding what bed to get within my budget. I felt very special being given the time to think and to check different beds.

The assistant, Hamima, gave exceptional service and was delightful.

Riccardo store manager at Fulham helped us choose our mattress and bed frame, he was very professional, kind and patient considering we had small kids with us in the store at the time. he was able to understand and meet our needs. I have honestly received the best customer service possible from Ricardo. What a fantastic service at dreams, thank you!

I was greeted by James and he was brilliant in the whole process from understanding our needs, to showing us around the different options. He was kind and offered us a drink. He then recommended we use the sleepmatch service and it was good to find the type of mattress we needed. He then walked around carrying some comfy pillows for us to try different mattresses.

Really good customer service, and staff had good knowledge of products. I was assisted by Irfan and he was extremely helpful. Thank you.
