We were greater and helped by a very friendly and professional employee called Riccardo. He help us choose the perfect mattress, offered us tea, the entire experience was amazing.

Havina was simply amazing!! Very knowledgeable, patient in my decision making and could not have been more helpful- she was wonderful and a big help!! Would highly recommend store and her level of thoughtful service.

Riccardo greeted me as soon as I arrived to the store in a very polite way. I was wet from the rain and he instantly asked if I wanted a hot drink. He asked for specifics for my drink. He listened to what I wanted and took the time to show me everything I needed before making my decision. He was extremely diligent and knowledgeable. I was decided on my bed frame but his attention made me decide on the mattress as well. Also the store had a wife variety of products. They did not have the bed frame but he tried to provide as much clarity on my purchase as I needed.

James who looked after us gave us the details and info we needed, he gave us the space and time to check and recheck the beds. He gave sound advice and was more concerned about us getting the right bed than just making a sale.

In store service was excellent. Online service which I originally used was not so good. Slow website and the financing was no where near as easy as going in store. Person who served me in store was quick, to the point, and knew exactly what to do and could answer all questions.

I recieved a great service and the sales person (riccardo) was very patient with us and gave us lots of advise.
