Our salesman named Riccardo was helpful from the second we walked in to the door to the moment he left. he was extremely patient and had a lot of product knowledge which helped us make and informed choice. We were offered the sleep tech test to work out the best mattress for us which I thought was brilliant. Couldn't recommend this store enough!

Riccardo was very helpful during our visit, giving us information when we needed it but also allowing us to browse without being too "salesy" and when we came to purchase, was very informative and pleasant.

Havina at the Wandsworth Bridge Road branch was excellent. She really looked after us from the moment we walked in, found the products we wanted and completed the order. She made the experience totally stress free!

Thank you very much for the help and the assistance, we really had a lovely time, we found our perfect bed and we did the scan test (it was amazing) so we found also the best mattress for us too. For us was very important to find the right bed and the mattress because we are moving soon to our new property and we really needed this items. Thanks a lot for the lovely coffee and the special treatment we received we are very grateful.

It was an extrmeley positive experience. I had started looking at John Lewis (sorry!!), thought their mattresses were poor and came to Dreams where I found a much better selection of mattresses - much more comfortable & better choice so I found several at different price points. We were at Wandsworth Bridge Rd where the staff were super helpful and super nice. took my son (8) back to have a look at mattresses on second visit as mattress was for him and again staff were super nice and super helpful to him. The staff also clearly got along well with each other and this was very apparant and made for a nice atmosphere in the shop. On the high street today I so often experince poor customer service / reduced quality of products but from Dreams you deliverred extremely well on both fronts. well done and thank you!
