I was greeted by Riccardo, the Store Manager, who was very understanding of my needs and answered my enquiries with great courtesy and patience. He took great trouble to show me a variety of the products available and explained each to me fully. I was entirely satisfied with the choice I finally made, and left the store feeling I had been extremely well looked after. Havina from Fulham store looked after us from start till finish. She was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and very professional. We took an hour and a half to decide what to buy and during that time she was available to answer any questions. She gave us enough space so we could discuss/decide and not feel rushed. The store is of a decent size and parking at the back is a big plus.

The assistant in store was very helpful. I was able to find the item I wanted quickly and the ordering process was quick as well.
