Excellent service : we had to go on a test bed that recommended the best firmness for us. The shop had a good selection of such mattresses and the salesperson Havina did an excellent job presenting all the options.

Only relevant products were shown to us and it was understood right away what we’re looking for

I went to the store 2 days in a row as my wife was not with me on my first research visit. From the moment I arrived Havina was a fabulous assistant, kind, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, happy and fun. She spent time for me to understand the different products etc. and she gave good advice as to my needs. This is a really conveniently located store for us and with parking not far away I would highly recommend it. I came back the following day (today) with my wife to check the shortlist of mattresses and beds that I had highlighted with Havina's help. Again she was there to help us and talk through the options. Finally if I am honest, I always intended to go to Dreams, find what we wanted, then go home and online to see if I could get it cheaper! This is a major purchase for us for which we have had to save up for 2 years! As a result of the service I received it made me feel that this was not the right thing to so and that ordering with Havina there and then was how I should proceed. I can't give a higher compliment than that. Ben
