There was a very high level of attention and care towards the customers. Friendly and responsive. It was a very hot day and they also served me cold drinks

James the guy we dealt with was terrific great knowledge very helpful and totally understanding of what we wanted and how he could help,it was a pleasure to visit the store.A really positive experience.

I found the level of customer service shown by the Havina was brilliant. She was patient, helpful and friendly. Really made choosing a bed much easier.

The treatment by Riccardo was very good. He helped me to find what I was looking for, showed me other options and was super attentive.

The assistant, Riccardo, who helped me to select the bed I chose, was most helpful, organized a much needed coffee, and was charming and professional in his approach. I had been recommended to Dreams by a friend of mine, Renata, who had been to the usual stores and preferred the Dreams store. I had intended to go to a large store in Oxford St, but took her recommendation on board owing to her incisive approach!

The store is very bright and has a lot of choice, the man that took care of me was very helpful and well mannered, the quality and price are very satisfying, hopefully the bed will be comfortable for 8 good years

Good customer service and good prices

I felt very at ease with the sales assistant. He understood the type of mattress I was looking to purchase. I had in mind before visiting the store that the Tempur would be suitable. I didn’t mention this and after explaining to the sales assistant that we needed something to ease our ailments he recommend the Tempur.. James, the sales assistant, is pleasant, friendly and professional.

Ricardo the CSR was patient and did everything possible to resolve the problem.

Friendly and knowledgable staff member that was very patient and helpful with all of the questions that I had.
