The salesperson Havina-Phostene was extremely helpful and patient. She was very knowledgeable about the product range and made suggestions that suited our needs. We left feeling very satisfied and would recommend her and the Fulham store to friends and family.

My daughter and I were shopping for a mattress for her. We entered the shop and were warmly greeted by the store manager. We were offered coffee and an invitation to try the Dream Machine, to match our bodies to the right mattress. We had a great time trying out the different mattresses and eventually left the store having purchased two mattress, a Tempur pillow, a bedside drawer set and three duvets. An Amazing experience and day out. Both the Manager and his colleague Havina gave great customer service. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in your store. Thanks Dreama

I had rung the shop earlier to see if the item I wanted was in stock. James was extremely helpful and told me that there was car parking space and how to find it. Huge asset in London and one I would not have known about had he not told me. He knew the products very well and gave me excellent advice, answered all my questions with patience. I returned the next day to change one of my orders and paid £150 more and he amended it with no problem and great efficiency. Could not have had a better salesman.

Very friendly and helpful staff

The assistant was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. My purchase was easy and quick and the mattress is due to be delivered in a few days. So overall a positive experience.

the staff at your Wandsworth store could not have been more helpful and polite, we have not received our bed yet so can not comment on your delivery and take away service, i would say the only disapointment is your old bed take away charge, other firms including Peter Jones charge half as much as you, though your overall deal suited us best
