Havina and Zed were incredibly helpful in assisting us to find both the appropriate storage bed and also the mattress type that we required. They explained things carefully so we understood the benefits of specific items. They also gave us the space to talk privately and work out what we wanted to do. Both Havina and Zed helped us to find an appropriate price for what we wanted and we were very grateful for that. I would recommend Dreams in Fulham specifically to any friends so they could enjoy the same level of customer service that we did. We also used the bed machine to help us work out the appropriate mattress which was very useful. Havina and Zed, thank you again for everything!

The manager was brilliant very friendly and knowledgeable on all the products. Offered drinks and very patient when I was making the decision. I could of bought a bed from next door Benson of beds but didn't because the customer service was so much better in dreams. More attentive and friendly. Very satisfied. And he managed to book a good delivery date in. Very pleased so far.

I came into the store to purchase a mattress for my grandmother. Havina, the sales assistant that served us, was extremely helpful and friendly. Her product knowledge was excellent and she was able to answer any questions that I had with ease.

Havina was very helpful, the system was very slow but she persevered to ensure our order was fulfilled. She is a great asset and is knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
