Your staff at the Wandsworth Bridge road are knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We spent a lot of time trying different beds and your female colleague went above and beyond to help us find the right one.

Excellent selection of beds, sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and it was very easy to put in place finance for spreading the cost of payment - it really couldn't have been easier!

The store manager (Zed) who helped us was very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly understood our needs and helped us decide on the right products. He seemed confident with the quality and the properties of the products he sells. He was very efficient salesman with excellent communication skills.

Friendly and efficient service. Ordering process uncomplicated and it was obvious that if I had to change my mind on model or delivery date this would not be a problem.

The Dreams Sales Representative that attended to us was extremely helpful in understanding and meeting our rather challenging requirements. His product advice was invaluable and his ability to supply the products in the time frame we needed was almost miraculous! The one negative comment about the process was that the company/shop, Dreams, clearly didn't have an adequate and/or effective computer system which delayed the process considerably, however the fact that we achieved everything we set out to, and more, due to your staff member, made up for that.
