Great saleswoman, very friendly and professional.

We were given time to browse the store and check different items before being approached by a member of staff to offer assistance. The staff member spent time with us and answered all our questions knowledgeably and offered professional advice when asked. We felt we were being treated as individuals and not just somebody in a queue. We would recommend this store to anyone.

Went in on Sunday (Wandsworth Bridge store) - we were greeted by the staff of the store and offered a refreshment while we were browsing. Tried out beds for about 40 mins - staff were attentive but did not linger around us whilst we were making decisions and chatting. My daughter wanted to test a mattress topper and James got one for her which she could try and she bought this even though she had not intended to buy anything from the store. When we did have questions, James was very helpful with product information regarding the mattresses we had selected. We wanted to go away and think about our purchase and James gave us details on when we could get a delivery and what to do to get our old mattress taken away. We said we would return on Monday, which we did. Again James was really helpful in confirming measurements and really efficient in taking the order. James was a great salesperson because he wa not pushy but on hand for questions. The rest of the salespeople were equally polite and I could see that the customers they were assisting felt relaxed rather than harassed, which can sometime happen in this type of sales environment.

What I needed was easily available. The staff were welcoming and seemed to understand what I needed in great detail.

I originally made my order online which was extremely problematic - I got the order confirmation and the order delivery date emails but nothing turned up. After calling to find out my order did not go through (and was never informed of it), I then went to the store to place an order in person. The manager of the branch and his team were extremely helpful and patient, carefully explaining the products and helping to arrange for suitable price and delivery dates. By far the best service and attention I have ever had. I've also called back later with some questions (due to a following confusing automated email), and was impressed the manager remembered me and clarified all my questions.

I came twice the same day and was assisted by Havina who has been a great help. Received good advice, was helped to find the best solution. Havina even dropped some of my purchase at my home coming back from her work as i was with a stroller that day. That's what i call service! Can't wait to receive my beds!! Thanks again Havina.

Havina at the Wandsworth/Fulham store was excellent. She offered assistance as soon as I entered the shop, allowed me to browse, offered water, assisted in a very professional but friendly way and identified the right bed for our price range quickly. She offered to phone us the next morning with a quote and to let us know what was in stock, which she did reliably and she was waiting for us when we came back into the store. I have dealt with a lot of 'sales people' over the last few weeks while moving house and buying a new car and she was by far the best.

The representative was not only exceptionally helpful but very knowledgeable and patient whilst my boyfriend and I decided on the right mattress to suit our needs. Thank you to her for all her help! We know we are going to be very happy!
