Arvind in the Wandsworth store took my order and was very informative and took the time to run through the history of mattresses and tested the different types with us.. which resulted in me returning to the store two weeks later to buy the mattress i liked most when we went through them all. it was a little disappointing to see the delivery charge had shot up a lot between my two visits.

I came to your Wandsworth Bridge Store on a Saturday and was happily greeted by Havina-Phostene. She asked me exactly what I was looking for, set an agenda and begun our search. She was highly knowledgable about every single product I asked about AND then some!! She gave me all the time and space that I needed to make a decision and seriously put up with my indecisiveness. I made it clear that I was going to the store next door, which she had no problem with and didn't try force her hand. I walked into the next store, was half-heartedly greeted, turned around and walked out. This was all due to the service that I'd received from Havina. I returned to the store the next day and was greeted by the exact same amount of enthusiasm, happiness and helpfulness. She made the fact that I was spending a fair amount of money highly enjoyable. Havina-Phostene is a truly remarkable member of your team and I will recommend this store to EVERYONE i know because of her. Thank you.

We were helped in store by Arvind who was extremely helpful, patient and kind. We were quite confused about what we wanted and he gave us the time to really explore the products without rushing us or pushing us in to a decision. His knowledge and advice was very welcome but mostly it was his calm, helpful manner that really made the experience a great one.

Having-Phostene was excellent advisor. We went in to the store not knowing where to start and ended up leaving having ordered a lovely new mattress, with a smile on our face and feeling we know a few things about mattressess in general.

The chap that served me (James) was very helpful, I would recommend this store to my friends and family. Ok it's only a bed, so i thought however James guided me with out any sales pitch etc. A great shopping experience
